Lumen Health came to us wanting a healthcare that worked as hard as they do. We partnered with their team end-to-end — strategy, design and build — to ship a fast, accessible experience their customers genuinely enjoy using.
The challenge
The previous experience was holding the business back: slow to load, hard to update and unclear for first-time visitors. We needed to translate a complex offering into something simple, trustworthy and quick — without losing the detail that mattered.
